Onepak Announces New Integration with ServiceNow and Makor ERP
Minneapolis – July 07, 2025 —Onepak today announced an expansion of its ReturnCenter platform with a ServiceNow application enhancement along with integration with Makor’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This collaboration introduces a streamlined approach for managing the IT asset disposition (ITAD) process in Makor ERP by integrating with the innovative ReturnCenter app in ServiceNow.
This integration creates an end-to-end chain of custody experience for ServiceNow users. The ReturnCenter app in ServiceNow allows users to effortlessly schedule ITAD pickup requests, specify required onsite services, and provide pickup locations and asset details with ease. Once submitted, the ITAD provider receives and processes the order directly in their instance of Makor ERP.
The Makor ERP system automatically updates all order-related activities in ServiceNow in real-time via the ReturnCenter app’s Work in Progress view, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency. Stakeholders can access the most current information, improving overall workflow management.Upon completion of ITAD services, critical documentation—including Proof of Pickup, Proof of Delivery, Certificates of Destruction and Recycling, and Disposition reports—are seamlessly imported back into the ServiceNow AI Platform. This automation not only simplifies the documentation process but also ensures accuracy and easy accessibility of records throughout the disposition process.
Additionally, the ReturnCenter-Makor ERP integration offers customers the ability to automatically update individual asset records in ServiceNow based on the data provided by the ITAD. This feature reduces the manual workload associated with asset management, providing an automated, up-to-date view of asset status and history from end-to-end.
